Prospecting is the initial stage of every business and commercial real estate prospecting is a crucial part of real estate business. It involves a lot of cold calling. They either do not make it a habit or tend to make calls randomly, which do not yield expected results. It often takes few hours or days or may even take weeks, but to halt is not a solution.
